On October 6, 2004 we collected surface, middle, and bottom water samples for chemical analysis at Station #3.  In addition, we collected photic zone composite samples for chlorophyll a and phytoplankton analyses.  We also collected temperature and dissolved oxygen profile data at 1 meter intervals from the surface to the bottom. We then transported all samples to our laboratory in Marshalls Creek and analyzed them for total phosphorus, dissolved reactive phosphorus, total Kjeldahl nitrogen, nitrate/nitrite nitrogen, ammonia nitrogen, total suspended solids, fecal coliform bacteria, fecal streptococci bacteria, alkalinity (surface samples only), and pH.

On October 18, 2004 we collected surface, middle, and bottom water samples for chemical analysis at Stations #1, #3, and #5.  In addition, we collected photic zone composite samples for chlorophyll a and phytoplankton analyses at these three stations.
