NJ Wetlands Symposium

A symposium, “Using Science to Protect Wetlands: Making Science Available to All,” will be held on May 19 at Rider University, Lawrenceville, NJ. The symposium is sponsored by Friends for the Hamilton - Trenton - Bordentown Marsh, Stony Brook-Millstone Watershed Association, New Jersey Water Resources Research Institute, Delaware River Keeper, and Rider University. Topics will include Stony Brook-Millstone Watershed Association's wetland research and policy development, wetland research and science education, North Jersey swamps, and tidal freshwater marshes. An afternoon field trip will be scheduled to the Hamilton - Trenton - Bordentown Marsh (limited to the first 60 people to sign up).
