PA Watershed Organization Development Workshops

The Pennsylvania Organization for Watersheds and Rivers (POWR) in partnership with DEP and the Nonprofit Center at LaSalle University will be holding a series of workshops, offering follow-up mentoring on organizational development for watershed associations. The workshops will be held at the LaSalle Bucks County Center in Newton Pennsylvania on a variety of topics according to the schedule below. All workshops are full day (9am – 4pm) with breakfast and lunch provided.  The cost is $10 per session. Attendees will receive a Leadership Training Notebook and may request follow up assistance.  Workshops will be held on the following dates on the topics listed:

March 13 -- Grant Proposal Writing and Program Budgeting 

March 27 -- Board Roles and Responsibilities and Strategic Planning
