PA DCNR Grant Writing Mini-Workshops

Elected officials, park and recreation staff, conservation agencies, watershed groups, Environmental Advisory Councils, and others from the Southeast Pennsylvania Region interested in applying for a DCNR Community Conservation Partnerships Grant should attend one of the free workshops being held June. Attendees will learn tips for a successful grant application such as packaging and scheduling and when and where to look for other funding sources. Pre-registration is not required.

The schedule of workshops includes:

Bucks County -- June 21st from 1-4 p.m., Peace Valley Nature Center, Peace Valley Park, 170 Chapman Rd., Doylestown;

Delaware County -- June 22, 1-4 p.m., Middletown Township Building, 27 North Pennell Road, Lima;

Montgomery County -- June 10, 9 a.m.-noon, Montgomery County Fire Academy, 1175 Conshohocken Road, Conshohocken; and Philadelphia Workshop -- June 24, 1-4 p.m., Memorial Hall, West Park, Fairmount Park, 4231 North Concourse Drive, Philadelphia.
