Environmental Training Institute
The National Environmental Training Center for Small Communities (NETCSC), a partner of the National Drinking Water Clearinghouse, has announced that registration is open for its 2004 Environmental Training Institute, the premier training event for small community officials and environmental professionals. NETCSC's Institute will be held at West Virginia University July 27–July 30 in Morgantown, West Virginia. The 2004 Institute features four education tracks: drinking water, wastewater, managing and protecting assets, and finance. Sessions are geared to meet small community drinking water treatment and wastewater management needs and will be of interest to assistance providers, local officials, operators, state regulators, consultants and trainers, community developers, emergency service personnel, and others engaged in community health and environmental management.
