PA DEP Resource Recovery Demonstration Grants PA DEP is currently accepting applications for Resource Recovery Demonstration Grants from counties, municipalities and municipal authorities within Pennsylvania. Projects must be capable of demonstrating, for a minimum of two years, the production of energy or the recovery of materials from solid waste, except sewage sludge. The
deadline for submission of grant applications is April 7.
