Nonpoint Source Pollution Conference

The NYS Department of Environmental Conservation (NYS DEC), along with the New England Interstate Water Pollution Control Commission (NEIWPCC) are presenting “Planning For Water Quality,” the 15^th Annual Nonpoint Source Pollution Conference. The conference will be held at the Fort William Henry Hotel in Lake George, NY on May 25-27, 2004. Dr. Frank Browne, P.E. of F. X. Browne, Inc. will be speaking on Low Impact Development during the plenary session. Other topics include onsite wastewater design and management, watershed planning, strategic water quality planning, and stormwater management.
