F. X. Browne, Inc. has served as the Township Engineer for Westfall Township since 1992. We prepared the Westfall Township Wastewater Management Plan and performed a financial study of the feasibility of a centralized municipal wastewater system.  F. X. Browne, Inc. assisted the township in purchasing an existing treatment plant and setting up a Sewer Authority.  We assisted the Township in obtaining 100% funding for the design and construction of a treatment plant expansion and sewer system expansion.
