Stormwater Basin Retrofit

F. X. Browne, Inc. designed modifications to conventional detention basins at a new Wal-Mart site to convert them into wet bottom water quality basins, where native plants effectively absorb pollutants, and offer long-term water quality treatment with relatively low maintenance. The wetland basins also prevent excessive flow rates following major storms.
