The Teedyuskung Creek Restoration Project

Riparian Restoration

Phase 1 - Live Stalking
Phase 2 - Shrub Planting
Phase 3 - Wildflower Seeding

Phase 3:  Wildflower Seeding

Along with the live staking and shrub planting in the stream bank, F.X. Browne Inc. has also chosen native seeding as a riparian restoration effort for Teedyuskung Creek. The objective of the native wildflower and grass seeding is to expand the existing buffer zone around the stream. The native seeding will provide excellent habitat for wildlife while filtering pollutants such as nutrients and sediment. The end result will be to improve the health of the stream while creating an attractive wildflower area within the golf course.
